​We understand that creating successful projects takes a seasoned account / project manager. Recently we have finished multiple projects... keeping up with the schedules that were required by us with several general contractors. Our specialties include flooring sales and installation combined with the ability to clean and repair most products... this sets us above all others. With our knowledge of many products in this industry, we will keep your floors looking new long after we have installed them. ​

In November 2017 we completed a 40K square foot project (on time for opening) which included shot blasting the floor, moisture mediation, and self-leveling prior to floor installation. Having the experience in managing multiple projects at a time along with an eye for safety and risk management is a key to success along with the ability to maintain all project details, work orders, submitting, material requisitions, monitor project budgets, change orders, attending project meetings, and project close out.

About the Owner

​A Massachusetts native, Paul and his team have many years in the flooring industry with all-inclusive contracts with many commercial facilities and public, state, government, and school-based clients throughout New England.

Paul also works with many different national accounts and general contractors that are doing work for national retail accounts. BelFlo has become the go-to flooring company for many manufacturers in this industry.

• Founder / President of Belmont Youth Lacrosse.
• Established 501-C3 non-profit status.
• President for 9 years and then stepped down to become Belmont High JV lacrosse coach for years.

Belmont Boosters

• Avid fundraiser for the Boosters of Belmont, bringing their golf tournament into the 20th century making it very profitable.
• Along with the support of BYL, brought funding to the Boosters to help high school sports.
